General conditions for car hireThe cars are rented and returned to a place determined by you Varna airport,
St. Constantine and Helena,
Golden sands - free
Albena, Balchik -10 euros.
Bourgas Airport - 60 euros.
Sofia Airport - 120 euros.
The cars for rent are received and returned with a full tank of fuel.
There is no restriction in the kilometers passed.
Minimum age - 23 years.
Equipment of the vehicle:
All vehicles are equipped with the following: a CD radio, a spare tyre, a jack, a spanner, a first-aid kit,
a fire-extinguisher and reflective triangle, at your request we can include chains for snow or a ski grid.
Payment:
Payment for hire can be made:
- in the UK (ask for details)
- by cash (in euros, GBP or leva.)
- by credit card on commencement of the hire for which a 3% card company supplement will be added !!!
- by PayPal - 5 % discount.
Note: If the reservation is not in current month, we require 20% deposit. Paid by PayPal or Bank transfer.
The balance will be paid on arrival, cash or credit card.
Deposit - 100 euro:
The deposit MUST be paid at the start of the hire by credit or debit card (no charges).
Any damage or fuel shortfall advised at the end of hire can be settled by cash at the time or deducted from
the deposit refund as required.
The deposit will be refunded directly back to the card used within 25 days of the end of hire. Any fixed penalty
traffic fines being the responsibility of the hirer due to the use of the vehicle, should they apply, will be
deducted from the deposit refund.
Copies of the relevant documents for any traffic violations will be emailed to you.
The price includes:
-Insurances - CDW, TP and FDW
-VAT 20%
-expenses for oil and maintenance;
-full 24-renting period;
-bulgarian map and break down cover;
-road taxes(vignette);
-replacement of the vehicle in case of a mechanical damage.
Insurances:
CDW - COLLISION DAMAGE WAVER -includes Third Party Liability limited to Bulgaria only.
The hirer is responsible for any case of damage to the rental vehicle and he is obligated to pay for up to the full
value of costs. Only valid if police statement is presented.
TP - THEFT PROTECTION COVERAGE - limits hirers responsibility up to the amount of the deposit in case of
partial or total loss of the car. Only valid if police statement, keys and car documents are presented.
FDW - FULL DAMAGE WAVER - completely removes the hirers liability in case of damage to the car.
The deposit will be refunded. ! Only valid if police statement is presented !
!!! Important !!!
Any of the above mentioned insurances do not cover:
Damage of rims, tires, wheel covers and the underneath of the vehicle, damages caused by negligence:
(burned seats, broken parts of the interior of the vehicle), any losses of wipers, antenna or CD- players.
If you should have an accident do NOT move the car.
Call the Police and wait for them to arrive and give you instructions and call us on + 359 887471475.
If you move the car before the Police arrive the insurers will not meet any claim for damage or injury and it
becomes the hirers responsibility.
Providing a chauffeur:
Chauffeurs provided against additional payment of 20 euro per day -8 hours
